My stay at the hotel was a pleasant experience overall. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hospitality of the staff stood out as one of the most amazing things. However, some rooms were not ready upon arrival due to high occupancy, which was a minor inconvenience. The location was great for exploring the city but the breakfast was a bit pricey.

The hotel has huge and beautiful rooms with a great breakfast offering many options. The rooms are equipped with most comfortable accessories, making it feel like a full well-cooked meal. The location is not bad and is great for families, especially near Cevahir and in the heart of Sisli. The dining experience needs more variety in the breakfast menu. Overall, the hotel offers a decent value for money, with some areas that could be improved for a more enriching stay.

This hotel has a perfect location, close to the subway station and within walking distance of the best restaurants in Istanbul. The staff was extremely accommodating, allowing me to check in early and checking out late. The spa facilities are exceptional, especially the Turkish hamam and outdoor pool. However, the area can be busy with ambulance alarms every day.
